DP FILTRATION
Filtration that Never Stops.
The 98 Series Automatic Strainer pulls sand, scale, and suspended solids out of produced water continuously. No shutdowns, no disposable media, and no operator standing over it.

You're just paying for it in tank cleanouts, pump rebuilds, and lost injectivity. Solids don't disappear. They settle in your tanks, grind through your pumps, and pack off your formation. Every barrel you take carries them — and everything you don't catch at the front costs more at the back.
You're already paying to remove solids.
Tank cleanouts
Confined-space entry, vac trucks, and a facility that isn't taking water while it happens.
Pump wear
Sand is abrasive. H-pumps and transfer pumps don't survive a steady diet of it.
Lost injectivity
Solids pack off the formation. Getting it back means a workover, if you get it back.
Disposable media
Bags, cartridges, disposal fees, and somebody driving out to change them.
Catch them once, at the front.
The 98 Series sits ahead of your pumps, tanks, and wells and takes solids out of the stream before they can cost you anything downstream.
01
Capture
Fluid passes through a wedge-wire screen that holds solids down to 50 micron while keeping pressure drop low.
02
Clean
Brushes clear the screen as it loads — triggered by differential pressure, or on a timer with dP as the backup.
03
Purge
Solids go to a separate tank. No backwash line, and flow never stops.
The headlift is built into the skid, so opening a housing doesn't mean finding a crane or a second set of hands. Sight glasses tell you what's happening inside without breaking a seal, and sample ports at inlet and outlet let you prove the unit is doing its job without shutting anything down.
One operator. No special tools.
Integrated headlift for servicing
Dual sight glass on each housing
Diaphragm-isolated pressure gauges
Double-isolated purge line ball valves
Sample ports at inlet and outlet
One operator, no special tools
Produced water eats equipment. Every internal surface of the 98 Series is 316L stainless steel lined with Seaguard® 5000 HS — the high-solids epoxy the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard have specified for more than fifteen years.
Coated like a Navy hull.
MIL-PRF-24647
Qualified for underwater hull
MIL-PRF-23236
Qualified for ballast and fuel tanks

WHERE IT RUNS.
Produced Water
Every produced water application, wellhead to disposal.
Saltwater Disposal
Ahead of the H-pump, or in front of your ASTs.
Recycle & Reuse
Incoming, outgoing, or as a pond-cleaning loop.
Industrial Process
Any fluid system that runs dirty and can't stop.
SEND US YOUR WATER.
Tell us your flow rate, your solids loading, and where it sits in your process. We'll tell you what the 98 Series does with it — and if it isn't the right tool for your application, we'll tell you that too.
